!!biscotti!!

was off ytd.. so bored that i decieded to .. bake some cookies before i meet hubby tan.. planned to meet him at 8pm due to his heavy workload..

started making cookies at 6 plus.. rush down to NTUC to buy the ingredients.. then prepare..

btw, i'm baking orange choco chips cookies..

i cannot find the mixer machine.. dunno where my mum keep, so i use my own hands to beat the batter.. and mix and mix.. super tired..

i've covered my tired ugly face.. wahaha.. .. here's the creamy mixture..

cookies are ready to be baked in the oven... actually after a while it didn't seems to be so nice.. it all spread and flattened.. i was so afraid that it will turn out to be inedible...


but, it turn out to be quite oki.. not really very fantastic though, it tasted cripsy on the outside, chewy in the inside.. =)

presented these cookies to hubby tan.. he tasted.. and... the verdict was..

"it's a different taste.. unique.. with a tinge of orange flavour.. i like.."

Thank you kiss from hubby tan.. to hunny koh! he said i look more and more like a thai girl.. do i? i say probly he've seen too much of thai girls in thailand trip.. =P alright, gotta rush to work now.. irritating.. ciaoz.
